We are pleased to announce that Blaine Witt, an experienced and respected Company veteran who was previously Senior Vice President of North American Operations will succeed Mr. Gerlach.

Pfannenberg would like to wish one of our blue line employees a happy "2nd" retirement. Vern Agee retired several years ago from GM after working there 30 years. Looking to keep busy after retirement from GM, Vern came to work for Pfannenberg on our blue line doing assembly work for our cooling products. We asked Vern about how he's going to spend his retirement and he said he's looking forward to spending time with his family, going to the Gym, driving his Camaro and traveling.

Our production line is going to really miss him. Each day we would hear the familiar "Vern to the office" paged over the intercom and a resounding "VERN" cheered out by all of the production workers (like Norm on the classic sitcom "Cheers").
