Mr. Witt was chosen for the position due to the rapid success in North America and his strategic vision and leadership worldwide. Prior to joining Pfannenberg, Blaine Witt started his career as Field Applications Engineer for API Motion selling servo and step motor systems. Soon after joining API Motion he was promoted to National Sales Manager in charge of sales channel development and overseeing their national training program. Blaine joined the company in 1999 to establish North American operations and develop new sales channels. As a result of the success of Pfannenberg, Inc. Mr. Witt was promoted to Sr. Vice President of North American Operations in 2007. In 2012 Mr. Witt was assigned a seat on the company's new corporate board, in charge of Sales for the Americas. Blaine currently holds positions on Pfannenberg’s Executive Board and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s Manufacturing Council.
